Nikolas Kokotovich
- Founder and Managing Director
28 years in the construction industry
Founder of BSG Commercial in 2011
With 28 years in the building industry, Nik has worked on a number of projects in residential, commercial and industrial construction. From high-end homes in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs to multi-level apartments, school construction and commercial and industrial buildings, Nik has vast experience and expertise.
For the past 13 years, he has been at the helm of BSG Commercial as Founder and Managing Director.
Dean McErlain
- General Manager
15 years of global experience in the construction industry
12 years with BSG Commercial
As General Manager of BSG Commercial, Dean brings dedication, knowledge and expertise from a career spanning 15 years across London, Europe, New Zealand and Australia. Starting out as a carpenter and then a qualified builder, he has worked in a wide range of commercial building settings and has developed long-standing relationships in the industry. Dean consistently strives for excellence and is committed to delivering optimum results for BSG Commercial’s clients.
Joseph Carter
- Senior Project Manager
15 years in commercial construction
3 years with BSG Commercial
Joe brings 15 years of experience and a background in shopfitting, Base Build, residential and commercial construction. He holds a diploma in Building and Construction as well as a Medium Rise QBCC Site Supervisors licence. Joe manages a range of upgrade projects while developing and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with superintendents, consultants, councils, government entities and other stakeholders.
Charlie Seaford

Starting out as a carpenter and builder in his native UK, Charlie has worked on a wide range of projects from commercial and residential builds to cruise liner refurbishments. With professional experience in the UK, Canada, New Zealand and now Australia, Charlie adapts and applies his international know-how to manage various commercial projects for BSG.
Kama Zhang

With over five years of experience in retail, in both client and contractor roles, and a background as a National Operations Manager, Kama is an ace at project coordination and operational management. She specialises in client support, budget control and workflow management and ensures that every project she takes on runs like clockwork.

With a degree in Engineering and experience across multiple sectors, Gokhan (“G”) brings extensive knowledge to BSG Commercial. As head of the hoardings division, he brings over five years of project coordination expertise to ensure the team operates at a high level and consistently meets client expectations.
ROB SHERRY
- PROJECT MANAGER / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Rob has a diverse background in commercial construction, fit-outs and sales, with experience spanning Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 builds, the disability sector, flooring and coatings and in senior management roles for warehousing and palette racking. At BSG, Rob combines his technical knowledge with sales to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

- PROJECT COORDINATOR
Sophara plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring BSG Commercial projects. He supports job preparation, maintains accurate records, and organises and attends project meetings to ensure seamless delivery. His attention to detail and organisational skills help keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
JAYDEN SHERRY
- JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR
5 YEARS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
Jayden brings practical trade experience to his role as Junior Project Coordinator. A qualified plumber with five years in the construction industry, he undertakes quoting, measure-ups, and site visits for BSG Commercial, ensuring projects are accurately scoped and executed to the highest standard.
HELEN CRUZ

15+ YEARS IN ADMINISTRATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Helen has extensive experience across administration, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and customer service. Skilled in problem solving and providing high-level departmental support, she excels in scheduling and organising hoarding installations and removals, always prioritising client expectations and satisfaction.
WALLY BAKHTYARI

Wally began his BSG career as a Hoardings Project Coordinator before transitioning into construction project management. With a year of experience at BSG, he now applies his coordination skills to managing construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and quality delivery for clients.
