Kippa Ring Shopping Centre Travelator & Lift Upgrade
Scope of work
BSG Commercial delivered a highly technical package at Kippa Ring Shopping Centre, including demolition, major structural upgrades, and installation of new access facilities.
The focus was to enhance access for shoppers by linking the retail level to the basement car park with new travelators and a lift. Every aspect of construction was planned to minimise disruption to ongoing trading.
BSG managed staged sequencing, engineering adaptation, and daily communication across a challenging, fully operational site.

CHALLENGES
